I have just returned from my Taipei trip and thought this is the perfect time to share what I brought along with me on my week long trip. This is pretty different from what I brought with me to Korean and Hong Kong earlier this year. Mainly because my current preference for makeup is quite different and this is much easier for me to pack as I only have a few items to check off the list before I'm ready to go!

Let's start with SKINCARE.

I always have samples of face wash, makeup remover, sunblock, moisturisers and so on. These are perfect for travel as you won't have to bring your whole set of skincare products along. This time I brought a couple of Neogen's Gauze Peeling Pads in Wine. I wish they sold them in single packs! I only got those as free gifts when I purchased the full tub in Korea.

Bioderma / My Beauty Diary

I usually bring along a mini travel size micellar water if needed, especially if I am having some breakouts. One downside I found with Bioderma's travel size product is that it isn't refillable - what a waste!

Philosophy Purity 3 in 1

I have a mini bottle of this that I always refill and bring with me overseas. This is the only face wash that doesn't strip moisture off of my face and leaves it feeling clean and hydrated at the same time.

Pink for Normal Skin

This is a must for me! I pair this with my Purity face wash and it has been my holy grail duo for a year.

Cosrx Skin Returning A-Sol / Thayers Rose Toner / Pixi Glow Tonic

Cosrx is for a mild exfoliation as traveling always makes me breakout. While the Thayers one calms the skin down with the witch hazel and rose water. Depending on what I was using during that period, sometimes I switch it up with my Pixi Glow Tonic.

The Body Shop Vitamin E

This is a must-have in my carry on. Air is horribly dry and this helps to restore some sort of hydration. The rose scent is very relaxing for me. If you're a fan of roses, do give this a try! Another option with a cheaper price tag is the Mario Badescu Facial Spray.

Hada Labo SHA Hydrating Cream

This is a very light weight moisturizer with little beads in it that 'dissolves' as you rub it in. Perfect for the warm and humid weather in Singapore. If you have oily skin, they have lighter versions too.

Smith's Rosebud Salve

A must for me! This is a great night time balm as it is thicker. Another recent favourite that I have found is the Innisfree Canola Honey Lip Balm, which I use before makeup.

Bifesta / Bioré

These come in very handy during travelling as there is no risk of it spilling in your bag like cleansing oils.

Klarity Diamond Glow / Clinique All About Eyes Serum

Definitely can't not have this. My dark circles and puffy eyes need all the help it can get!

Moving on to the exciting part - MAKEUP.

This is the part where it gets much simpler than before. I used to pack two separate bags just for my makeup - yes.... I know #highmaintenance.

  1. OPGW 24,OPGW 36,OPGW 12,OPGW 48 To roughly compare OPGW 12,144 24 36 48 72 96 and OM1 fiber, we must have a general knowledge of them.
Here are some features of optical ground wire (OPGW):
    1. Able to withstand the mechanical stresses applied to overhead cables by environmental factors such as Icy, rainy or extreme weather.
    2. Capable of handling electrical faults on the transmission line by providing a path to ground without damaging the sensitive optical fibers inside the cable.
