How gorgeous is this set. I know I have no need for any more brushes .. but .. I couldn't resist! This set has a few eye brushes that I love and no harm having another one for back up. This is the Zoeva Rose Golden Luxury Set Vol. 3 with 8 brushes and a clutch. I love the Zoeva clutches. I always use them as my makeup bags especially while travelling. While making this order, I also picked up the Zoeva Rose Golden Blush Palette - pressed blush, highlighting and contour powders with a velvety smooth formula.

Let's start off with the brushes.

103 Defined Buffer

Apply and blend foundation. Angled version of the typical flat top kabuki foundation brushes. This blends in foundation really well. Exceeded my expectation as some flat top brushes can be quite streaky on me.

109 Face Paint Vegan

Contour and shape with liquid and cream products. I mainly use this for baking under the contour to sharpen the look. Only for events as I don't bake in a daily basis.

114 Luxe Face Focus

Apply highlighter and powder. This is one of the brushes that I wanted to get but always sold out in Singapore. It is the typical tapered paddle type of smaller face brush; perfect for setting the under eye area / around the nose / sweeping away the bake. This brush is soft enough to apply highlighter too. Not too dense as some brushes tend to pack on way too much product and make it hard to blend out.

129 Luxe Fan

Apply highlighter and erase fall out. One of my favourite brushes. It applies highlighter heavenly and makes the process so much faster. I love love love this.

142 Concealer Buffer

Apply and blend Concealer and Corrector. I already own this but I rarely use it for concealing. I prefer my finger or a beauty blender to blend out concealer. This is will great if you have a zit to conceal and this can help pack on product on a particular problem spot. I like this for cream shadows like the MAC paint pots, Maybelline Color Tattoos, Elf Cream shadows.

228 Luxe Crease

Blend transitions to a seemless finish. I love this for blending out transition shades in the crease. It points to a tapered tip and applies product precisely; no black eye. Yet it is soft enough to blend out the shadow. Another favourite.

234 Luxe Smokey Shader

Apply and blend eyeshadow for a smoky finish. I have two of this brushes and I switch them around when I am lazy to wash my brushes. I just use this to pack on my lid shade.

317 Wing Liner

Apply eyeliner with the perfect flick. This is another of my favourite eye brushes. This is the perfect wing liner brush. I use this with either a shadow or cream liners. Sometimes I use a creamy pencil liner and then use this to blend it out to create a subtle and small wing. I highly recommend this brush!

Rose Golden Blush Palette

Pan size of each product is very generous and easy for larger face brushes to pick up product.

Here's a close up of the product under natural sunlight and also with flash.

The finishes for the shades are - Matte | Satin | Pearl.

The powder formulation of the blushes is enriched with vitamin E, easy to blend and 100% free of parabens, mineral oils, perfume, nano and phthalates. Superior pigmentation. Made in Italy.

Not a fan of the highlight because it can look a bit yellow on my skin tone. But I do enjoy the matte sculpting brown and the shimmery rose golden blush. Reminds me of the ever so popular NARS Orgasm.

    1. Hi Dora, the bronzer is quite neutral in my opinion. I can even use for contouring :)
