Back with my first favourites of 2016. Gave Jan a miss as I was traveling around and didn't have time to thoroughly try too many new products. Most of those I used in Jan were already featured in my yearly favourites.

Mentholatum Lip Pure Lip Balm in Rose Hip was discovered by a friend of mine on a trip to Hong Kong and this is surprisingly moisturizing. And I love this rose scent! I like applying this before makeup and prep my lips for lip colour at the end.

estelle & thild Biohydrate Total Moisture Day Lotion is a great moisturizer underneath makeup and it has a soothing peach scent. It is infused with Hyaluronic Acid for higher levels of hydration to prep the skin for makeup. It is very light weight and does not look greasy or breaks up the foundation.

The packaging is another plus point as it is light and comes with pump - travel friendly.

Cosluxe Slim Brow Pencil in Deep Brown is an excellent dupe for the ABH Brow Wiz and the spoolie on this is amazing! I should have stocked up on this when I had the chance. I picked this up in Bangkok - check out my BKK haul here.

Etude House Color My Brows in 1 Rich Brown is a quick and easy way to fill in your brows. On days where I just want a quick out of the door makeup, I use this first then draw out the ends with a brow pencil. Quick and simple.

Maybelline Fit Me Foundation in 110 Porcelain is a new found favourite! I love love love the finish and how hydrating this foundation is. It lasts very well through out the day but I do have to powder my T-zone once in a while but that's ok. I do own the Matte+Poreless foundation in 112 but the shade is off so now that I know my shade, I will probably get my right shade soon.

Beauty Blender in Original Pink is just my all time favourite sponge to apply my foundations with.

Becca Backlight Priming Filter is the perfect illuminating primer to mix in with foundation or use underneath it. It also does prolongs the makeup.

Becca Pressed Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal is a beautiful shade. I was contemplating between this and Moonstone. But who am I kidding, I would probably end up getting Moonstone as well as I'm sure that shade will look amazing on my fair skin. Opal looks very close to my skin colour, meaning it does not show up as obvious as Pearl / Champagne Pop, but it gives my skin a very subtle and beautiful sheen. Love it.

Milani Baked Blush in Berry Amore is a super flattering peachy pink shade with a nice sheen. I love this all over the cheeks when I want a more all over luminous glow.

Swatched beside Becca Opal

Sculpting Duo

Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow is perfect compact duo to travel with and the formula is soft and easy to blend. I just discovered that my favourite brush to apply bronzer with is the Sigma Stippling Brush.

That's all for my favourites for this month! Can't wait for all the exciting launched coming up in 2016! Coloupop Satin Lips, Violet Voss Holy Grail Palette, Dose of Colors Hidden Treasures etc.
