Updated 13 Jan 2016 - I totally left out my makeup tools and skincare portion. I have added those in at the end of the post :) happy new year!

Round up of my favourites in the year 2015. Most of these are new finds as 2015 is the year that I really expanded my makeup collection and started venturing into higher end brands and less accessible brands in Singapore.

I will be going through my favourites based on the sequence I put on my makeup. Price will be listed in SGD - some might not be the exact price but it shouldn't stray too far.

Too Faced Primed & Poreless S$42 is a pore filling primer that smoothes over large pores. I focus this mainly on my t-zone. I have tried the famous Benefit Porefessional but I hated that one - it balled up all over my face and I had to redo my entire base.

Innisfree No Sebum Blur Primer S$13 is a drugstore version and works super well! This is usually what I bring with me during stay overs.

Becca Backlight Priming Filter S$58 is my recent love! It smells great and I love mixing this with my foundation or using it all over as a normal primer. It gives the skin an amazing glow. MAC Strobe Cream is a great alternative as well.

High End

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD S$72 in Y225=117 is my go-to foundation when I have no idea what to wear for the day and when I am lazy to experiment with new products.

NARS Sheer Glow S$73 in Gobi is definitely my favouriteeeeee foundation for the year! I can always depend on this foundation and I always always get compliments when I wear this. Only this! This is a definite repurchase.

Check out my Holy Grail Foundation post where I did reviews on all of my foundations and also an updated review on the popular Revlon ColorStay.

High Street

Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum S$32.90 in 51 Vanille Clair is my favourite drugstore / high street favourite of the year. This is a super natural looking gel based foundation that reminds me a lot of the NARS Sheer Glow.

High End

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer S$42 in Light Warm is a concealer that surprised me, as I didn't expect myself to like the finish so much! But the shade range is gaga... Horrible. The shade I have I can only use it for highlighting.

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer S$42 in Vanilla and Custard has a thick and creamy consistency, but I only love this when I have a hydrated under eye. Do note that this is a thicker concealer, so it may crease if you do not set it well. I recommend 'baking'! I will cover my recent favourite powder to bake with down in this post.

Maybelline Fit Me S$10 in 10 Light and 15 Fair is a well-known dupe for for NARS concealer, maybe just slightly lighter in consistency. I definitely reach for this on a daily basis. I love mixing this with the UD Naked Concealer.

Maybelline Better Skin S$9 in Light is a more recent find and this is a very light-weight concealer that I prefer for a no-makeup-makeup-look.

Ben Nye Luxury Powder S$30-35 in Cameo is something makeup artist use on clients. I have been enjoying this to lightly set my makeup but this does not work too well when I 'bake'.

Too Faced Primed & Poreless S$42 is my favourite powder to 'bake' with so far! I have heard great things about the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder and I might try that out soon.

MAC Mineralized Skin Finish Natural S$46 in Light is the only powder that I love to set all over my face without caking up and drying up my combination skin. I highly recommend this if you have a drier complexion.

Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil S$42 has been my go-to bronzer for the whole second half of the year. It smells amazing!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush S$42 in Exposed has been a very new addition to the family but I have been loving this so much! I always reach for this if I know I am going to be out and about or if I am just lazy to match a blush to the rest of my look.

Milani Romantic Rose S$15 is a total dupe for Tarte Exposed. I have them swatched below!

theBalm Frat Boy S$30.90 was my favourite for the first half of the year. I still love this shade and the staying power is amazing too.

theBalm Frat Boy, Milani Romantic Rose, Tarte Exposed

High End

Becca Champagne Glow S$65 in Pearl, Champagne Pop, Blushed Copper! Need I say more about Becca highlights?! They are fantastic and if you do not own one yet, I highly recommend these if you want to invest in a higher end highlighter.

e.l.f Pinktastic S$8 is a great drugstore highlighter option. It has a champagne pinkish glow and is highly pigmented. This is a highlight that I like to travel with.

Here's a little comparison with a few of the highlighters I own. I accidentally left out MAC Soft and Gentle. That is a beauty too!

Etude House Drawing Brow S$7.90 in 03 is super affordable and long lasting brow pencil with a slanted tip.

Sephora Retractable Brow Pencil S$17 in 04 Midnight Brown is a new favourite! I love the texture of this product but I hate the comb thingy on the other end, does nothing for my brows.

NYX Micro Brow Pencil S$18.60 in Ash Brown is another favourite but this product is less accessible and slightly more expensive than the Sephora one in Singapore. I really do love the spoolie on this!

theBalm Brow Pow S$20 in Light Brown is my go-to brow powder to fill in my brows after drawing out the ends.

Singles & Palettes

Makeup Geek Shadows has been a pleasant find in 2015 and I still have one order on its way to me! Do check out my review on these baby.

ZOEVA Cocoa Blend Palette S$32 is a new found love! The quality of these shadows are so up-there. I super love the warm looks that I can create with this palette. I did a more detailed review and swatch post on this palette here.

LORAC Unzipped Palette S$70 has such great quality shadows once again! I couldn't decide between these two palettes because this has a total different shade range - with mauve and burgundy tones that I do not have in my collection. Do check out my review and swatch post here with a makeup look I did with this palette.

Colourpop Super Shock Shadows S$10 in KathleenLights, Sequin, Nillionaire. I have already picked up a back up for Nillionaire.... All time favourite shadow. I do get loads of compliment when I'm wearing this too.

I did a makeup look featuring KathleenLights here. But recently I have been loving the combination of these three shadows! Working amazingly well together.

Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner S$32 is the best liquid liner I have tried so far. It stays all day. Go get one.

e.l.f Cream Eyeliner S$8 truly amazed me. I have this in both black and brown and I super love using this if I want to achieve a super matte liner. It lasts well through out the day and does not transfer. Highly recommend this if you are on a budget. I use this with my Zoeva Wing Liner brush.

High End

Benefit Roller Lash S$39 has been my favourite this year. I always go back to this mascara no matter how many other new ones I try.

Too Faced Better Than Sex S$35 is a great volumizing mascara but is a bit too wet for my taste. I do like it when I layer this underneath Benefit Roller Lash. They compliment each other really well.

L'oreal Telescopic S$18 is an awesome drugstore option. This has a super fine wand and you can be very precise especially when doing your lower lashes. I do like this when paired with Roller Lash or BTS.

Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip S$10 in Bumble has been my favourite for the last month in 2015. I wore this out a few times and I really love how this make my makeup look so much more glamed up. I have done a detailed review and lip swatch post on all the UML that I own from Colourpop, do check them out here.

Gerard Cosmetics S$25 in Serenity is my go-to lip option when I want a clean look but will be eating or talking afterwards as this does not fade awkwardly or breaks off on my lips.

Ofra Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick S$23-25 in Pasadena is the perfect everyday lip colour. The formula of these are amazing as well. I highly recommend Ofra liquid lipsticks. Do check out my super detailed post on all the liquid lipsticks I own - with lip swatches.

NARS Audacious Lipstick S$43 in Anita is the most perfect MLBB shade for me and the formula is so good that I rarely touch my other bullet lipsticks. I have done a review and lip swatch post on my NARS Audacious Lipsticks here.

ZOEVA - 126 Luxe Cheek Finish, 222 Luxe All Over Shader, 226 Smudger, 227 Luxe Soft Definer, 231 Luxe Petit Crease, 317 Wing Liner, 322 Brow Line.

Do check out all my reviews on ZOEVA brushed here.

I have also been enjoying other oldies like the Sigma F35, F80 and the e.l.f Ultimate Blending Brush and also a few of my Real Techniques brushes (I did a detailed review here).

The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil and the Philosophy Purity made simple S$34 cleanser has been hands down my favourite cleansers of the year. I have gone through one entire bottle of the Purity face wash and half of the Camomile oil. I always pair Purity with the Foreo Luna device that I have been loving!

ALPHA H Micro Cleanse with Glycolic Acid & Rice Bran S$48-59.95 and Liquid Gold with Glycolic Acid S$56 has been the perfect pair that I use occasionally for a chemical exfoliation. Love this stuff! It really works so well. I like using the Liquid Gold on its own; without moisturizer after cleansing.

Philosophy The Microdelivery Peel S$109 has been an old favourite of mine. This is a chemical exfoliator as well. It has a nice citrus scent and leaves skin feeling super soft and smooth.

Pixi Glow Tonic and Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner S$30 is what I mainly use in the morning before applying make up.

SKII Facial Treatment Essence and HERA Cell Bio Essence both comes after toning. I use SKII at night and HERA in the day.

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate Oil has been my holy grail face oil for quite a few years. I love the scent of this and it just works wonder! I do not use this every day but when I have any skin issues, I use this a few nights and skin looks better in the morning. Magic in a bottle. I already finished my first bottle! Facial oils are so hard to use up and I already have my back up ready to go.

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Eye and Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado S$50 has been my go-to eye creams. I like how hydrating the Avocado one is, so I always use it before make up to make sure my under eyes are well moisturized.

Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask has always been a holy grail and always will be. I can always rely on this mask to bring back life and hydration into my skin. Dry skin girls will love this! You can just use this as a night time moisturizer.

Origins GinZing Hydratant Energisant S$40-50 is a super light weight gel based moisturizer perfect to wake the skin up in the morning. Works great under makeup as well.

A cheaper alternative of the Origins GinZing will be the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel.

On the other hand, if I feel super tight and dry in the morning, I do use the Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre S$40 as a moisturizer and it can double up as a primer as well.

Soap & Glory Righteous Butter and Lotion S$25 if you do not own these, you need to go to Sephora and smell them! I use the butter at night and lotion in the day. Love the scent! I have a matching body wash as well.

First Aid Beauty Lip Therapy S$20 is my trusty lip treatment. I have only tried very few lip treatment type of products but I always go back to this one.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Face Mist S$24.50 and Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe Herbs and Rosewater S$17 both has rose scent and I do switch between these two sprays. The MB one is always out of stock as it is of a better price point. I do prefer the spray nozzle on The Body Shop one but honestly, these two products are very similar. I just prefer TBS one every so slightly more than MB.

What are your 2015 favourites? I would love to know!
