Updated 07 January 2016 - I just made another order online and have done an updated swatch below!
Finally! My MUG order is here. I had to leave items in my cart for over a week to make to final decision on which colours to purchase as my cart was over $300 worth of EYESHADOWS. Crazy. I narrowed down to a few staples that I see myself using more often.
MUG is a brand by a YouTuber - Marlena. She does videos and reviews on many other brands as well. She gives great makeup tips as well. By the way do check out Kathleen Lights' favourite MUG products :)
I got the Hot Pink Large Z Palette that can hold around 27 MUG/MAC shadows initially but I decided to get the Extra Large one too to add in a few more other single shadows from MAC and Stila that I own. It came with a cute note on how to depot eyeshadows. I have a few Wet and Wild ones sitting around and I have already depot them waiting to organise into my Z Palette.
Updated 07 January 2016 - New order just arrived today!
ROW 1
Vanilla Bean is a neutral light beige with a hint of shimmer and peachy undertone. Perfect to set the lids after priming.
Peach Smoothie is a peachy-beige matte shade. Transition shade for light/fair skin.
Creme Brûlée is a medium sand colour with a soft matte finish. Nice transition shade for darker skin; for me I like to use this to darken my crease - my perfect crease shade.
Barcelona Beach is a tapuey sand shade with a matte finish. Can be used as a crease shade when doing cooler looks.
Preppy is a matte khaki brown. Brown with a slight hint of army green. Very interesting colour! Looks like a great crease shade.
Latte is a matte medium brown. Another good neutral brown shade for blending in the crease.
Chickadee is a matte yellow orange. I have seen KathenLights use this as a blending shade. Can't wait to try!

Cupcake is a matte warm pink. Great for blending in the crease when creating a pinkish look.
Unexpected is a matte pale pink brown. Looks like a pale dusty purple, can be used for blending as well.
Cocoa Bear is a matte reddish brown. Super warm brown and looks great with orangey and copper shimmery shadows.
Mocha is a deep matte brown. Perfect dark brown for smokey looks, darkening the otter v, or using it as a liner for a natural look.
Bitten is a matte deep maroon red. Gorgeous dark burgundy matte shade to blend in the crease.
Goddess is a shimmery bronze gold.
Roulette is a shimmery rosy and burnt sienna. Goddess and Roulette has got to be two of my favourite shimmery shadows in the new order. I have been super into these type of shades recently.

Prom Night is a shimmery pale purple with hints of grey. This is a cool tone grey purple that is perfect for creating that cool smokey eye.
Homecoming is a medium brown with gold shimmer. This is a taupey shimmery brown. Very wearable everyday shade.
Pretentious is a warm metallic bronze. Very very similar to Urban Decay Smog. Very nice all over the lid shimmer.
Glamorous is a shimmery bronze gold. This colour is soooo pretty! It pairs really well with Pretentious and Cosmopolitan.
Cosmopolitan is a rose gold with gold flecks and a shimmery finish. This is the colour that I am most drawn to and most excited to play with. It is rose gold and shimmery.... What else do I need to say.

Prom Night, Homecoming, Pretentious, Glamorous, Cosmopolitan
Flame Thrower is a foiled true brightened warm copper. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! All the foiled shadows swatches amazingly well and all these are with a single swipe. Some matte shadows so required going back a few times.
Grandstand is a medium rose gold with slight taupe undertones and a foiled finish. Such an intense taupey brown. My favourite kind of shade.
Starry Eyed is a light champagne beige with slight pink undertones and a foiled finish. The pink gives this a cooler look and I love it. It reminds me of Urban Decay's Sin on crack.
In The Spotlight is a soft pink with coral undertones and a foiled finish. This looks great on the center of the lid as a highlight.
Mesmerized is a foiled deep medium taupe with strong purple undertones. Aside from the super warm coppers, I have been loving my taupes, purples and burgundies. These are such gorgeous shades.

I am so amazed by these shadows. Especially the shimmery and foiled ones - so soft and buttery. These are totally worth the hype. If you didn't know, MUG shadows are known to be dupes for many popular MAC shadows, refer to the list here. I do not own many MAC shadows as per shadow is around S$21-30 in Singapore and it is really way too expensive if you were to make your own palette.
Here's a very simple shimmer eye look I created with some of the shades.
Peach Smoothie and Creme Brulee mixed as a transition and crease shade.
Cocoa Bear and Bitten in the outer corner to deepen the look.
Starry Eyed and In the Spotlight in the center and inner half of the lid.
Grandstand as a transition shade from the bright shimmery shades to the darker outer v.
Romance is a soft rose with gold shimmer. This is very similar to NARS Orgasm and Sleek Rose Gold blush.
Moving on the pigments! These are my first ever pigments. I never gotten any before as I was afraid of making a mess. But these are quite easy to use. I just wet my brush with some MAC Fix+ and dip it into the pigments.
Utopia is a mixture of deep brown and antique gold shimmer duo-chrome glitter. In person, this looks like a super intense cool toned olive green with golden glitter. So pretty and looks amazing as a pop of shimmer in the center of the lids.
Vegas Lights is a copper glitter. Basically this reminds me of a pigment version of Flamethrower. This goes on super smooth and shimmery. Utopia is slightly more chunky.

Just look at these pigments!
I got two face brushes from them. I've seen quite a few beauty channels featuring these two brushes. MUG does have a wide array of brushes for everything but I already have many eye brushes so I decide to just get these 2. These are really soft brushes and do not scratch my face. I will try them out more and do up follow up on how I like them.
Face Buffer Brush - A round top 'kabuki' type brush for buffing in foundation. Similar to Sigma F82 and the Real Techniques Buffing Brush, which is one of my favourite face brushes.
Foundation Stippling Brush - A flat top 'kabuki' brush that will give a fuller coverage as compared to a round top buffer. Similar to Sigma F80.
